Seii Reiki offers professional Reiki sessions in a peaceful private studio in Myburgh Park. Whether you are enjoying a West Coast holiday, visiting family or simply need time to slow down, a Reiki session offers a quiet pause from busy schedules, travelling and everyday responsibilities.

Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy practice used to support relaxation, stress relief and overall wellbeing. You remain fully clothed and rest comfortably throughout the session, with nothing you need to do or achieve. No previous Reiki experience is required.

Distance Reiki sessions are also available to clients anywhere in South Africa or internationally.

Seii Reiki offers Reiki Level 1 training in person in Langebaan and through live distance training. The course focuses on learning Reiki for personal wellbeing and self-care; you do not need to want to become a practitioner.

Sessions and training are offered by Theresa, a qualified Usui Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher. Advance booking is essential.
